Announcement for the Funding of Projects on the Subject "Quantum-Testing Infrastructure for Quantum Technologies" –

As part of the Horizon Europe research framework program, the European Commission intends to fund projects on the topic of “Quanutm Testing Infrastructure for Quantum Technologies.” This action will establish a pan-European open-access testing and experimentation infrastructure for Quantum Technologies, enabling systematic validation and certification of Quantum Components and Systems. Expected outcomes include, among others, the deployment of distributed quantum testing facilities accessible across Europe, the provision of certification services aligned with future standardisation efforts, the support for SMEs, start-ups, and research institutions in validating Quantum Components and Sub-systems, as well as strengthening of Europe’s competitiveness by ensuring robust quality assurance mechanisms and accelerating the time-to-market of emerging Quantum Products. Further information on the funding call can be found here.
